TWIO began working with Ray Quinney and Nebeker (RQN) — one of the leading law firms in Utah — in the winter of 2018. TWIO was tasked with revitalizing RQN’s verbal brand, evolving its visual identity, bringing a new website to life and deploying multi-channel digital marketing to drive business development. RQN’s mandate — its’ foundational business objective — is to be Utah’s premier law firm.

Solution

TWIO took on this brand challenge project with an all-hands-on-deck approach. TWIO brand strategists, project managers, writers and designers set to work developing RQN’s verbal and visual brand identities ultimately producing a brand storybook, messaging map, and graphic standards as the foundation for all subsequent marketing communications programming. Next, the team redesigned RQN’s website into a modern, aesthetically-pleasing platform that is easy to navigate and organized by legal practice areas of focus. The TWIO team produced a photo and video shoot that populated RQN’s content hub along with a key deliverable of brand overview video that told RQN’s story via moving pictures. Then our web specialists, armed with great visuals, dug deep into written content, using keyword research based on current term searches to bolster online SEO visibility. As an ongoing project, TWIO writers work with individual attorneys to create multi-channel content pieces that both demonstrate RQN’s thought leadership and support its business strategy of being Utah’s best collection of lawyers.
