Zoom - Video conferencing platform for meetings, webinars, conferences, phone systems and business IM. Spinning up a Zoom meeting is easy and reliable. You can obtain a free plan which allows you to host up to 100 participants, unlimited 1-to-1 meetings, 40 minutes limit on group meetings, unlimited number of meetings and full online support. Depending on your host needs, you can expand your plan from $14.99/mo/host to $19.99/mo/host for a minimum of 50 hosts.
Skype - Similar to Zoom, Skype is a Microsoft telecommunications application that specializes in video chat and voice calls between computers, tablets, mobile devices, Xbox One and smartwatches over the Internet. Skype has free basic lines and / or unique phone number or business accounts that allow you to pay as you go or buy a subscription,
LucidChart - Unable to partake in an in-person white board session? The TWIO team finds Lucidchart helpful for real-time visual collaboration. This platform allows you to add comments directly to your project, tag team members for feedback, share documents amongst one another and hold live chat groups to brainstorm ideas as a team.
Asana - A web and mobile application designed to help teams organize, track and manage their work. TWIO uses this as our primary project management tool. Key features include various baseline templates you can customize and adapt to your team’s needs, priority tagging, collaboration and dependencies. For a more detailed visualization / overview of your projects, Asana also integrates with Instagantt, which is essential to manage your schedules and timelines. Asana also has a library of tutorial videos to help you create the right environment for you and your team.
G Suite - Google Hangouts / Google Calendar / Google Drive.
Google Hangouts - As a team communication tool, this is relatively new to TWIO. We typically used this as a one-on-one communication but quickly discovered how slick it is to add multiple participants to your group and spin up a larger chat. The TWIO team kicks off every day with a sync to review client status and team updates while using Hangouts.
Google Calendar - Add all members of your team’s calendars to yours so you are always in the know regarding their schedules and what their day-to-day looks like to plan accordingly. Zoom also syncs directly to your Google calendar as an option.
Google Drive - A digital file management system that is essential for the operation of any business. Google Drive works as a file storage and synchronization service; this platform also encompasses Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides, which are a part of an office suite that permits collaborative editing of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms and more. Files created and edited through the office suite are saved in Google Drive.
DropBox - A file hosting service that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud and client software. Dropbox brings files together in one central place by creating a special folder on the user’s computer. The contents of this folder are synchronized to Dropbox’s servers and to the computers and devices where the user has installed Dropbox, keeping the same files up-to-date on all the devices.

Website Platforms - In a moment where foot traffic is decreasing and converting to an online presence, it is an ideal time to focus on your brand awareness, create or update your website, refresh content and implement (if applicable) ecommerce. Depending on your business needs, the top ecommerce platforms we suggest are Shopify, Big Commerce, WordPress with WooCommerce or Megento depending on the size of your business or shop.
