What kind of printers do you have?
We use professional inkjet printers to create our In-Store products. The print quality is high, and the turn around time is significantly faster.

Are my items able to print in a raised ink?
With our In-Store service, we only provide flat printing. We offer several options of Engraving, Letterpress, Thermography and Blind Embossing through our custom albums in our studio.
Are there any additional costs to have multiple ink colors and different fonts?
No, we do not charge extra for these options leaving you to be as creative as possible!
 

Do you provide a proof before my items will be printed?
Yes, all proofs are free of charge and will be sent via email or you are more than welcome to stop in to review. Once reviewed you are able to make changes or we will start to print if your order is approved.

What is your typical turn-around time
Usually 48 hours after proof approval depending on quantity.
